Any medication that has been correctly ordered and dispatched by us once cannot be returned.
We won’t be able to accept any requests for returns or exchanges of medications if your prescription has changed and you want to do so.

Order cancellation: You may cancel your order up until the point at which it hasn’t been shipped; after that point, we are unable to do so.

Returns
Any drug you get from us should satisfy you, we hope. However, if you decide to send back medication to us because it is:

- (ii) damaged or faulty
On the credit card or debit card that you used to make the purchase, we will refund you. Please call us to provide the information for your new card if the card you used to make the purchase expires before the refund is processed.
We regret that we are unable to reimburse any shipping fees you may have paid, but we will refund the cost of the medication.
Please be aware that, unless we shipped the wrong item, we regretfully cannot take returns on any PPE masks owing to hygienic concerns.
